Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Support Tier 1
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handle phone calls, emails, and SMS messages from patients
regarding their prescriptions and the PHILRx process
Utilize Zendesk to manage ticket and phone queues, and access the
knowledgebase for patient inquiries
Collaborate with team members and leadership to resolve patient
issues and meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in a call
center
Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service skills
Capable of navigating multiple software systems and complex
processes
Good understanding of computers, hardware, and networks
Adaptable to swift changes in a fast-paced environment
