Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outside Loan Originator.
Key Responsibilities
Source mortgage leads and build relationships with real estate
agents
Analyze applicants' financial status and explain loan options to
customers
Generate complete loan applications and maintain communication with
referral sources
Required Qualifications
NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
Experience with retail product philosophy and underwriting
procedures
Experience in proactively soliciting new business
Knowledge of all mortgage products and programs
Proficient in standardized software applications, including
Microsoft Office
