Job Description:
A company is looking for a Power Scheduling Leader (CAISO and
ERCOT).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of schedulers and oversee the scheduling and dispatch
of PV and BESS assets in ERCOT and CAISO markets
Develop and implement power scheduling strategies to optimize asset
performance and revenue generation
Ensure compliance with ERCOT and CAISO market regulations and
coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in power scheduling, focusing on renewable
energy assets
3+ years of experience managing power scheduling or real-time power
trading teams
Strong understanding of ERCOT and CAISO market structures, rules,
and regulations
Hands-on experience with PV and BESS scheduling and dispatch
