Job Description:
A company is looking for an EVP, Commercial & Technology
Transactions, Legal & Business Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate, draft, and finalize agreements related to content
distribution and licensing, technology, and privacy
Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders and oversee
compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations
Manage senior attorneys and maintain relationships with internal
and external clients to stay updated on industry trends
Required Qualifications
JD; admission to state Bar (preferably NY)
At least 10 years of supervisory experience of high-performing
legal teams
A minimum of 20 years of legal experience, including 15 years in
the entertainment industry
At least 5 years of experience in commercial transactional drafting
and negotiation in media and technology
Experience negotiating and monitoring compliance with Most Favored
Nations provisions
