Job Description:
A company is looking for a Warranty Submission Specialist
responsible for filing warranty submission packets to manufacturers
on behalf of dealer clients.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and translate information from client invoices to Excel for
submission to automotive manufacturers
Develop an in-depth understanding of reports used to calculate a
client's submission opportunity
Ensure defined processes are followed efficiently and priority
items are addressed within timelines
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in auto dealership, service department,
warranty claims/admin, or automotive industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity
with Google tools preferred
Ability to learn new software applications and work with diverse
computer programs
Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with
minimal supervision
Adherence to stringent timelines and goal-oriented work
methodology
