Job Description:
A company is looking for a Departmental Specialist 13 in the
Office of Child Support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and analyze queries and reports to optimize resource
utilization and technology
Evaluate performance data related to customer service within the
Operations Case Management Division
Lead and provide guidance to a team of child support professionals
on various projects
Required Qualifications
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
Four years of professional experience, including two years at the
experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level
Experience in case management and customer service processes
Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement process
improvements
Familiarity with technology and systems related to child support
operations
