• Coordinate and manage incoming switchgear quote request by reviewing plans, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions.
• Ensure that all work is maintained in a tracking system (Job Management) and saved on SharePoint with complete accuracy.
• Lead daily bid review meetings with the Project Quotations team ensuring all incoming opportunities are accounted for, properly prioritized, and assigned to Quotation Specialists.
• Assist Quotation Specialists and sales team by preparing documents, updating pricing, and facilitating communication between internal and external customers.
• Work cross-functionally supporting multiple projects teams.
• Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to all facets of Project Management
• Maintain strong communication between Projects Team, Sales Team, and Management.
• Utilization of internal programs such as Eclipse& Job Management and an ability to navigate vendor tools necessary to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong communication between the customer, vendors, account manager and project team members. Obtain support from Account Manager or team leader when necessary.
• Practices good interpersonal relations, using tact, courtesy, a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers, pleasant telephone etiquette, and a general attitude as a representative of goodwill on behalf of the company at work or during company travel.What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University; or
  • 1 - 3 years' of related experience and/or training; or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.Location: This role is remote in CAShift: 8:00am - 5:00pmSalary Range:
    • This is a non-exempt position and pays between $26.59 - $35.46 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California.
