enhance its UX Research function.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to provide actionable
insights to product teams
Create clear and compelling research reports for stakeholders
Collaborate with product leadership to address business priorities
and guide user research initiatives
Required Qualifications
Significant experience as a User Researcher focused on B2B
software
A strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in high-impact user
research initiatives
Proven experience mentoring Product Managers and Designers in user
research
Deep understanding of usability principles and user research
methodologies
Proficient in industry-standard UX research tools
