Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial IT Customer Engagement
Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Document business and functional/technical requirements and lead
discussions for Customer Engagement releases
Prepare UAT test scenarios and manage UAT execution while
coordinating with business users and vendor partners
Project manage initiatives and ensure timely support of production
issues through analysis and communication
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or related
field
10+ years of relevant experience with IT business applications
8+ years of experience with Veeva CRM, including best practices
Experience with integrating Veeva CRM with other applications
1+ year of Project Management experience preferred
