Job Description:
A company is looking for a DSS Liaison for Region 4.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute community-focused initiatives to enhance
healthcare accessibility and quality
Manage escalation and troubleshooting for county-level DSS
concerns, ensuring resolution and follow-up
Lead Member Advisory Committees to incorporate member feedback into
policy and process improvements
Required Qualifications
Experience working with North Carolina DSS and knowledge of the
child welfare system
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant
experience, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
Proven ability to manage policies, procedures, and projects
effectively
Experience in community outreach and collaboration with
organizations serving children and families
Ability to analyze data and incorporate local insights into
educational efforts
