Job Description:
A company is looking for an Obstetrics Care Provider (CNM or NP)
with a NJ License.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee medical care to improve clinical outcomes for empaneled
patients
Lead daily clinical huddles and collaborate with the clinical
team
Review complex patient cases and develop care plans based on
evidence-based care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must hold a compact RN license and an active NJ APP license
Minimum 4 years of obstetric experience, including high-risk
patient care
NP or CNM with significant obstetric experience and some infant
care experience
Active, unrestricted license to practice in FL and willingness to
obtain licenses in all US states
Experience leading teams and using data to drive patient engagement
and outcomes
