Professional Santa Ana, CA 11 days ago Requisition ID: 1300 Salary Range: $60,000.00 To 75,000.00 Annually JOB SUMMARY:The Tier I Technician - Tape Migration Specialist will migrate data on LTO tape library to AWS repository, following the documented procedure to migrate this data for a 12 month period. Ideally the candidate will, but is not required to have at least 1-year experience with analyzing & troubleshooting computer communications, hardware characteristics, removals and modifications. This role will be responsible for the initial triage, troubleshooting and, as required, escalation of customer issues related to the tape migration.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains a "customer first" demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work onsite at customer site in Santa Ana, CA for a 12 month period.
• Zivaro resource will follow documented procedure to migrate the data from the LTO tape library to AWS "Snowcone".
• Zivaro resource will complete supporting tasks like documentation and data confirmation.
• The data will be migrated from the tape library to AWS repository and confirmed to be in the AWS repository and records kept of the migration.
• Zivaro resource will provide status reports and attend meetings as required for the position. QUALIFICATIONS: -
  • 1 year of experience supporting Tier I technical requests preferred
  • AWS Snowcone experience preferred
  • LTO Tape Migration experience preferred
  • Has a passion for providing world-class customer service
