Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:

Formulating partnerships with HR business partners and business leaders to deliver value-added compensation services
Ensuring system-wide alignment of compensation processes, practices, and programs
Using market data and analytics to make compensation recommendations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Approximately three years of HR or related experience
Excellent computer technology skills in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Experience with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle, Infor
Strong knowledge of HR or a related field
