Manufacturing Manager - Production Engineering Apply Full-time $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 Posted 09/15/2023 Based in Santa Ana, CA, we are searching for an enthusiastic, experienced Manufacturing Manager - Production Engineering, with a passion for continuous improvement in manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will have an industrial or mechanical engineering degree, a demonstrated background in production engineering, and experience in a high-labor assembly environment.

This role requires fluency in drawings & blueprints, AutoCAD, Costpoint, modeling & design tools, and Lean Manufacturing. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a track record of designing workflows and workflow balance, as well as supervisory/managerial experience in the medical device, aerospace, and components industries.

*This is an onsite position in Santa Ana, CA.** What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Manager - Production Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring production goals are met, while promoting efficiency and maximizing product quality. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve processes and increase productivity. What You Need for this Position 5 years of experience in the following:
