Finance Manager protects the assets of MCC Label through the
direction of the financial activities of the MCC facility. Ensures
that all transactions are compliant with all legal requirements
minimizing MCC liability. Provides daily support and added value to
the Finance Organization and the facility. Performs all functions
of talent management of department employees in accordance with
company policies.As member of the Finance and Accounting, and Plant
Management Teams, our Plant Finance Manager leads the financial
function for the local facility, supporting the Plant to achieve
theirs and the overall corporate financial objectives. MCC is
seeking an experienced Plant Finance Manager who can partner with
site leadership to drive and improve operational performance and

HolidaysResponsibilities:
Safety: Champion all aspects of
personal and Plant safety, including STOP.Analysis: Partner with
the Plant Management Team to assure achievement of the overall
plant objectives, including analyzing data to initiate improvements
and cost savings.Cost Accounting, Inventory and Assets: Manage
systems for current, accurate and complete accounting and reporting
of job costs, overhead, inventory, controls and policies, and
physical counts. Act as back-up for Job Costing activities.
Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Participate in raw
and finished goods inventoriesFinancial Close / Forecasting: Assist
in the monthly financial close and forecasting process including
analyzing trends and patterns, determine the impact and making
recommendations for the Plant across full P&L. Perform variance
analysis to understand and guide future decisions.Assist in Plant
internal financial reporting and assure compliance with internal
controls and policies of the NA CPG. Participate in Audits.Support
in the creation and achievement of the approved budget of the
Plant.Assist Plant Controller in other projects as
assignedCustomers: Support a service oriented and business partner
approach within the Financial organization.People: Establish clear
goals and objectives within the Plant Finance function.Business
Strategy: As a member of the Plant Management Team, assist the
Plant Manager in the achievement of overall strategy.Culture: Model
the Corporate Values and Principles.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance,
Accounting, or Business.3 to 5+ years as a leader and financial
manager with a strong operational focus.Literate in Microsoft
Office or the equivalent.Articulate, clear, persuasive and
passionate in the spoken and written word.Make effective and
persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics.Perform
college level mathematical calculations.Move about in offices and
plants. Travel to customer sites.Demonstrate a professional
image.Rational, logical, fact-driven decision making.Read and
analyze the most complex documents.Lead, manage and develop others.
