Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consultant Relations professional who
is passionate about building relationships with benefits
consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with benefits consultants and brokers across
the U.S., identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships
Educate consultants on the company's product, value proposition,
and roadmap through innovative methods
Collaborate with the sales team to support prospecting efforts and
generate leads from consultants' client bases
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of experience as a benefits consultant or in a related
role
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced
environment
Proven track record as a top performer while being a collaborative
team player
Self-starter mindset with a strong desire to build effective
relationships
Drive to achieve company goals with relentless pursuit
