Job Description:

We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You'll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This lucrative position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented acquisition specialist who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities:

Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
--- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the contract signed.
--- Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and third-party vendors (Property Scouts) to assess property value and condition
--- Manage the seller communication through the purchase escrow
--- Manage leads, opportunities and activities in the Salesforce CRM daily
--- Act professionally at all times
--- Absolutely must be teachable and coach-able

Qualifications:

4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
+1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
--- Must have a valid Real Estate License

--- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
--- 1 or more years of experience in investment real estate, especially acquisitions, is preferred
