Job Description:

Description: We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Development Representative(s) to deliver qualified sales opportunities for a new product offering in the SureCo product line, EnrollMe. Under direction of the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will own the initial contact with several key accounts to drive interest and demo/presentation bookings and help SureCo acquire new customers. You will possess a natural orientation towards sales and love connecting with people. You will consistently demonstrate an ability to hit your goals. This role is directly involved in generating demand for a new product that SureCo is bringing to market, and you will own the first conversations. Specifically you will:

  • Prospect and hunt for the right contacts at small- to mid-level companies
  • Generate interest through outbound email and phone campaigns
  • Follow up with relevant messaging based on targeted segment
  • Conduct qualifying calls and speak knowledgably with decision makers such as VPs and Directors
  • Coordinate initial demos/presentations with Executive Team
  • Contribute to overall team success - relay any information that may be of value to the team be it best practices, new features, competitive pressures, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned Within the first 3 months, it is expected that SDRs will:
    • Become experts on the EnrollMe product, messaging, and high-tech tools to be successful (HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, Google Apps, etc.)
    • Help write the sales playbook
    • Leverage opportunities to learn the market and business
    • Weigh-in on the direction of the company
    • Consistently meet and exceed goals and commissions By approximately 4-12 months, it is expected that SDRs will:
      • Build on core skills and next-level sales knowledge
      • Continue to exceed goals and maintain momentum
      • Sit in on and participate in sales presentations to learn what it takes to close 5- and 6-figure deals . Requirements:
        • 3 years minimum experience in a sales or sales development role
        • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year college or university
        • Direct and recent experience with CRM and Sales Enablement platforms such as HubSpot (strongly preferred), Outreach, Salesloft or Salesforce
        • Direct and recent experience building sales cadences in CRM and sales enablement platforms such as HubSpot (strongly preferred), Outreach, Salesloft or Salesforce
        • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
        • Creativity, curiosity, and desire to find the third alternative when faced with a challenge
        • Strong organizational skills
