Role Purpose:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for various receptionist and clerical duties to support the client's organization.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-- --- - Provide reception support
-- --- - Answer phones in a polite and professional manner
-- --- - Process and enter customer orders into QuickBooks
-- --- - Check inventory to source cutting tools
-- --- - Provide general clerical support such as data entry, filing, etc.

Position Requirements

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Experience: At least one-year of professional clerical or office experience is required; previous experience as a secretary or receptionist a plus!

Skills and Certifications:

-- --- - Incumbent must be detail oriented, professional and able to provide excellent service to our customers and clients.
-- --- - Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
-- --- - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
-- --- - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
-- --- - Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-- --- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-- --- - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: TBD at time of interview
