business revenue opportunities and generate new business by
leveraging their experience in identifying new business
opportunities, closing skills and in-person presentation and
demonstration skillsEssential Functions
- Focus on mid-size and start-up real estate technology firms in
need of licensing real estate data
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads,
based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail
responses, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
- Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing
customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads
- Handle inbound sales leads, scope and convert into
opportunities
- Overcome technical and business objections of prospective
customers.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with customers;
work closely with customers to better understand and meet their
individual needs and requirements.
- Learn and promote company products and services
- Enter new customer data and other sales data for current
customers into CRM
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Senior Account Executives,
and others to strategize solutions for customer
- Engage in solution-based selling by developing a deep
understanding of clients' business requirements and evangelize how
business capabilities align with their needs.
- Proactively ensures accurate forecasting and reporting by
providing timely (daily/ weekly) sales activity reports and CRM
data to reflect the true status of opportunities.
- Adheres to workflow, tools and processes to ensure sales
leadership and analytic teams visibility and enable business
reporting and analysis.
- Brings deal negotiations to a productive close, through
collaboration, effective negotiation and client discussion. Engage
in timely follow-up to ensure client satisfaction with solutions
and services provided.
- Proactively researches and maintains an in-depth knowledge of
industry trends, market conditions to fully identify client

- Required minimum of 3-5 years' experience
- Must have developed business contacts and proven sales record
within relevant industry segmentPay Range:$60,000 - $85,000
annuallyThis position is eligible for commission and/or incentives
for production or other goalsThe hiring range is a good faith and
reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at
