Job Description:
A Sales Operations Specialist II serves as a point of contact
for external customers and serves as an escalation point for sales
team members regarding the operations and logistics of sales
related programs and initiatives. The Sales Operations Specialist
II is also responsible for customer account development and
compliance within operating system controls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
* Serves as an expert on department operating systems and
processes, providing training and mentorship to new hires and
junior team members on day to day activities. This will include
one-one sessions as well as presenting to larger groups
* Administer and maintain SAP customer master data price lists,
paint care fees, free of goods, and discounts for US, Canada and
International Business as well as external customer platforms to
include material specifications, invoice and retail map pricing
* Administer and maintain master data exclusion rules in accordance
with EPA regulations.
* Analyze, compile, track, and send corporate communication to
customers on all pricing, discounts, paint care fees, and EPA
regulation implementations and changes
* Create and manage US and Canadian Vendor purchase requisitions
and contracted discounts and surcharges
* Administer, maintain, and audit rep codes / hierarchies and
provide monthly reporting of Commission Rates and Territory
Realignments.
* Troubleshoot issues identified, create root cause analysis,
determine and deliver solution based course of action
* On-going project management and content support of Sales
promotions and events.
* Execute department test systems to ensure compliance, coordinate
testing by users and document, track, and communicate test plans,
test results, analysis and unresolved problems by analyzing and
gathering business requirements
* Responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities
relating to data processing and data structure
* Govern, create, maintain, and audit SAP and CRM customer and
financial master data for accuracy, consistency and compliance with
internal SOX controls
* Communicate all data changes to internal team members to ensure
alignment on data structure

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Educations and/or Experience
* HS Diploma is required
* 2 - 5 years of project coordination experience
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
* Proficiency in Sales Operations and Administration best
practices
* Ability to train and mentor team members
* Ability to complete research and coordinate tasks
* Ability to gather and analyze information
* Ability to work independently and in cross functional teams
* Knowledge of general office equipment and maintenance
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Time management skills

* Problem solving skills
Computer Skills
* 2 - 5 years of experience with department operating software
* MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word) required
Language Skills
* English (speak, read, and write)
Mathematical Skills
* Mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand,
interpret and develop spreadsheet data
Other Skills
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to work flexible hours
* Ability to travel, occasionally
* Sense of ownership and customer service, both internally and
externally

Hiring Range: $23.99 - $37.70
Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including
