Job ID:149407 Overview -You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with the exceptional sales abilityResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Implement the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers
  • Utilize all marketing and selling materials and clinical data designed for a respective audience.
  • Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers, NPs, and healthcare clinic personnel.
  • Effectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategiesResponsibilities:
    • Compliantly driving sales objectives to meet & exceed corporate forecast
    • Develop deep product & competitor knowledge, as well as an understanding of local & regional market trends.

      • Bachelors Degree
      • 3+ Years in Pharmaceutical or Life Science Sales required
      • Experience in Anti-Infectives OR Women's Health strongly preferred
      • Proven and documented track record of successDesired Requirements:
        • Self-starter, driver and highly motivated to succeed
        • Strong communication, business analytics and account management skills
        • Ability to work independently or in a team environment

          The annual base salary for this position ranges from $88,00 to $95,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
