  • Create a pipeline of prospective clients who are mid-sized business owners in various industries across the US and Canada
  • Cold call and schedule appointments to introduce our company, and learn more about the prospects marketing needs.
  • Explain the benefits of various digital marketing channels including Local SEO, Local Directories, Paid Advertising, Website engagement, ecommerce, Social Media, Email Marketing and more
  • Advise and recommend the right digital marketing plan based on those needs
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline with outbound follow up
  • Generate new business using existing and new lead sources -
  • Accomplish key performance indicators (KPIs) consisting of daily targeted phone calls, talk time, and closing ratios
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Strive to consistently gain sales skills and knowledge to stay agile in today's competitive marketMinimum Qualifications:
    • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field -
    • 5+ years Experience in consultative agency sales
    • Demonstration of positive team player spirit and cooperative sales skills within the organization
    • Proven track record of sales success in a highly transactional environment
    • Prior telephone sales or in person sales experience
    • Ease and interest in connecting with people -
    • Knowledge of digital marketing, market research, sales, and negotiating principles
    • Curiosity to learn and motivated to win
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
    • Have a stamina and hunter mentality with key decision making
    • Ability to multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency
    • Thrive within a fast-paced inbound and outbound sales call environment -
    • Persistent and positive "can do" attitude
    • Open to coaching and training in order to increase sales performance -
