Learn more about us at www.SealBoss.com.Job Description:We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Representative to oversee United States sales to contractors and specialty product distribution within a fixed territory. This employee will be responsible for regional sales, prospecting efforts, and overall sales growth in the designated region. Please apply for more details. A college degree is required.Duties and Responsibilities:* Support current customer base* Prospect and identify potential markets, industries, and customers* Recommend and structure regional distribution* Support and train independent sales representatives and distributor sales teams* Identify, train, sell, and manage key contractor accounts in region* Suggest and help develop marketing campaigns* Attend industry trade shows and association meetings* Assist in new product development through ideas, suggestions, and industry feedback* Maintain company database with up-to-date call reports* Exhibit above-average team mentality and positive work ethics contributing to the success of a fast-paced, results-oriented, growing company* Up to 1 week of travel per month may be requiredQualifications:* College degree required* 5+ years of relevant construction industry experience* Comfortable working in both an office setting and on job sites* Team attitude* Adequate computer proficiency including Office, Emails, and Database* Goal and results-oriented, self-motivated* Able to succeed with minimal supervisionApplication Process:We encourage qualified candidates with a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to apply.
