Job Description:

A company is looking for a Hourly Customer Service Rep for their Life Communications department.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exemplary customer service to term life policyholders and agents
Address verbal and written inquiries regarding term life insurance products and policies
Assist clients with billing, policy coverage, underwriting, or contract changes

Required Qualifications:

1 year of call center customer service experience preferred but not required
Minimum high school diploma or GED
Previous insurance or financial services experience is a plus
Excellent PC skills and intermediate skills in Microsoft Word
Ability to communicate professionally with irate customers
