A company is looking for a Designated Broker Contractor in Kansas, US (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of licensed sales agents, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to NAR best practices
Implement risk management plans and provide training on contracts and state real estate laws
Collaborate with various departments to enhance brokerage support and streamline operations

Required Qualifications

4+ years of relevant experience in real estate, sales, or brokerage operations
Proven ability to recruit and lead high-performing agents
Experience managing a team of 50+ agents
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation in brokerage operations
