Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Consultant to assist
guests in purchasing cruises remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales calls, identify guest needs, and make travel
recommendations
Make follow-up calls, overcome objections, and close sales
Maintain accurate records of interactions and build lasting
relationships with guests
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably as an Account
Executive
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPI metrics
Strong experience in telephone sales with the ability to close on
the first call
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and
weekends
Proficiency with basic computer applications and a stable home
office setup
