Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agent Onboarding Specialist, US
Based Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding experience for all new agents, ensuring a
smooth and efficient process
Coordinate with internal partners to set up new agents with
necessary tools and resources
Facilitate communication with branch leaders and support recruiting
efforts for top-tier agents
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of customer service experience preferred; prior
real estate office experience strongly preferred
Technologically proficient with various operating systems and
software, including Microsoft Office
Ability to master additional software as needed, such as Adobe
Acrobat and Power BI
Experience working in a remote environment while maintaining
productivity
Customer-focused and delivery-oriented mindset
