This role is crucial for enhancing our market share and promoting our world-class life safety solutions. You will be directly contributing to the safer and more secure operations of buildings globally, harnessing your sales prowess to engage and expand our client base by offering tailored, innovative solutions that meet the sophisticated needs of today's buildings. Develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships within the safety and law enforcement sector. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Johnson Controls' life safety products and services to a diverse client base. Identify customer requirements and collaborate with technical teams to ensure tailored solutions are sharply aligned with client needs. Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholder agreements. Maintain detailed knowledge of market trends, industry changes, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets. Provide feedback from customers to enhance product functioning and the service delivery. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to analyze complex data and sales statistics Strong organizational and time management skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards is a plus
