Job Description:
As an Account Executive at United Site Services, Inc., you will
be instrumental in promoting and selling portable sanitation and
site solutions, including portable toilets, restroom trailers, and
temporary fencing. This role demands a proactive, dynamic sales
professional who is focused on reaching sales targets and enhancing
our company's reputation across a wide range of sectors, including
construction sites, special events, and other commercial settings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing
clients to expand sales territory. Understand customer needs and
offer solutions and support to increase both client satisfaction
and company revenue. Organize, coordinate, and execute sales
presentations to inform prospective clients of USS's services and
capabilities. Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to
optimize the sales effort. Prepare detailed proposals and quotes,
negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring compliance with
company policies and regulations. Attend industry meetings, sales
events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments in
the field and improve on existing job knowledge. Record all sales
activities and client communications in company CRM software.
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals. Strong communication
and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client
relationships. Good time management skills and ability to
prioritize tasks. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Suite. Ability to adapt and respond to different characters and
situations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Sales certifications such as Certified
Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or similar are advantageous.
Training in negotiation and strategic selling techniques.
