A company is looking for an Implementations Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate technical execution across customer implementations,
ensuring timely and quality deliverables
Collaborate with Solutions and Implementations teams to understand
customer objectives and requirements
Facilitate communication between teams to align on implementation
goals and track progress across multiple projects
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably
in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple
stakeholders
Strong understanding of customer onboarding processes and best
practices
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic
environment
