A company is looking for an Appeals and Grievances
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full appeals process, ensuring timely and effective
resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to
appeals and grievances
Maintain accurate records of all appeals and grievance cases
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in appeals and grievances within the dental,
vision, or insurance industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with claims
processing systems
Must be flexible to work a Saturday shift if required
Ability to maintain a stable internet connection for remote
work
