Job Description:
A company is looking for a Triage Specialist in the Pacific Time
Zone.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate resources to meet
client needs
Participate as a tier 1 support technician and manage ticket
queues
Assist clients with technical support questions and maintain client
interaction records
Required Qualifications
Approximately 2 years of experience in a technical support role
Industry-recognized IT certifications such as CompTIA ITF+, A+, or
Networking+ are a plus
Technical knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS,
iOS, and Android
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks
efficiently
Experience in providing privacy and identity theft advice is
beneficial
