Job Description:
A company is looking for a Peer Recovery Specialist to provide
peer-based recovery support services in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient engagement and assist in identifying barriers to
recovery
Educate patients on community resources and facilitate care
transitions
Maintain communication with patients and Care Team members,
reporting on patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active peer certification in Oregon or Washington State
Minimum of 2 years of experience in peer support and lived
experience in recovery
Certification as a National Certified Peer Recovery Support
Specialist (NCPRSS) expected within 9 months of hire
High degree of trustworthiness and professionalism, with a focus on
patient confidentiality
Ability to connect individuals with local recovery resources
