Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Adoption Specialist to manage
member-facing projects and training for new feature adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Provide project management and training for new feature adoption to
ensure members meet upgrade goals
Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and develop
documentation related to new features/releases
Create and update knowledge base articles to maintain accurate
information for internal teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years' experience working with Tessitura Software and
Products
Knowledge of SQL Server, Tessitura APIs, TN Express Web, and Credit
Card Processing
Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a virtual
environment
Legal authorization to work in the U.S
Experience in multitasking and managing dynamic priorities
