Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Support and train Reps to ensure their success in picking up and
reselling items
Build and maintain relationships of mutual respect and trust with
each Rep
Monitor Rep performance and communicate expectations while holding
them accountable to policies
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service or client service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Some college experience preferred
Innovative and proactive problem-solving abilities
Coaching and motivational abilities
